This is a pet-friendly property. Please enter how many pets you are bringing with you before booking. We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, an extra 50$ cleaning fee will apply. The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed. No smoking inside the house. Please note that our landscaper will be entering the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days, and our pool technician will conduct pool maintenance twice a week.
